Return & Refund Policy

Returns of bin products are accepted in store within seven (7) days of purchase when accompanied by a valid receipt with matching item barcode labels and customer profiles in our POS system. For example, purchases made on a Saturday morning can be returned until close of business of the following Saturday.

Store credit only, no cash refunds.

For the health and safety of our team members, we do not accept returns of consumable products such as food and drink, cosmetics, or adult items.

All bin items sold on Friday at $2 or less are final sale, no returns accepted.

Once returned, items cannot be repurchased on the day of return at a lower price.
